报告人简介:

Frank Zanow,Ph.D(ant neuro CEO)

Frank Zanow was born June 15, 1967 in Berlin, Germany. He received his Masters degree in electrical engineering in 1992 at the University of Ilmenau, Germany. His PhD research started in 1992 at the University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands, Department of Low Temperature Physics, and was concerned with the investigation of volume conduction effects in bioelectromagnetism. This project led to the application of advanced MRI based head modeling techniques in the analysis of EEG and MEG and was successfully completed in 1997. In 1996, he was additionally enrolled as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience in Leipzig, Germany, with the objective to introduce new techniques in the analysis of cognitive MEG experiments.

Frank Zanow established the companies ANT Neuro BV, Enschede (NL) and eemagine Medical Imaging Solutions GmbH, Berlin (Germany) in 1997 and 1999, respectively, and has been Managing Director until 2009. Both enterprises are focusing on EEG/MEG and related equipment for clinical and research applications. The companies are subsidiaries of Neuromotion BV (neuromotion.com), Netherlands, which Dr. Zanow currently heads as CEO. Dr. Zanow ia author and co-author of numerous publications in EEG instrumentation and EEG/MEG applications.

Dr. Zanow currently holds a position as a EU researcher at the University of Ilmenau, Germany, and is actively involved in scientific activities centered around novel EEG methodology.
